Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Kiras Beauty Care. By accessing and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Introduction

Welcome to Kiras Beauty Care Salon! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking an appointment, using our services, or entering our premises, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Appointment Booking

  • All services must be booked in advance through phone, or in-person at the salon.
  • A deposit may be required for certain services. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Walk-Ins

  • We always welcome walk-in clients based on availability. However, please note that priority is given to pre-booked appointments if any.
  • Walk-in services may result in longer wait times during peak hours, especially if the salon is fully booked.
  • We cannot guarantee availability for walk-in clients during busy periods, so we recommend booking an appointment in advance to secure your desired time.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.

  • No-shows or cancellations without prior notice may result in a full charge for the service.

  • Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require credit card prepayments to reserve an appointment.

5. Health and Safety

  • Please inform the salon staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or other health issues before your appointment.

  • We take hygiene and cleanliness seriously. Our tools and equipment are sanitized after each use to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

  • If you have any concerns regarding the services provided, please inform us before the service begins.

6. Service Prices

  • Prices Subject to Change if Additional Considerations are Needed During Your Service like depends on hair length and density

     

  • We will always quote a “starting at” price and not a final cost, due to changes or conditions in your services.

     

  • Our service providers will go over your services and define any changes to pricing if any are needed.

7. Payment

  • Payments are due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, debit/credit cards, and digital payments.

  • Tips are not included in the cost of services and are entirely at the customer’s discretion.

  • All tips are much appreciated and go directly to your stylist.

8. Conduct

  • We strive to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  • We reserve the right to ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave the premises immediately.

9. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services at the salon.

        Gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

10. Liability

  • Please leave your valuables at home.

  • While we aim to ensure the safety of your belongings, we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

11.Reserve Rights To Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who will behave improperly, disruptive and intoxicated.

  • If someone harasses our employees or other customers and makes them feel uncomfortable.

  • If the customer’s state of mental or physical health may put the stylist at risk or can’t predict the effect of treatment and therefore don’t feel comfortable doing it. 

  • Because of health safety and privacy concerns, we may refuse to perform the service also.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

  • Any personal data collected will only be used for appointment bookings, promotions, and updates about our services, in compliance with data protection laws.

13. Promotions & Discounts

  • Any ongoing promotions or discounts may not be combined with other offers unless specified.

  • All promotions are subject to availability and may change without notice.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Kiras Beauty Care Salon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers will be informed of significant changes via our website.

14. Pet Policy

  • Due to health regulations, we do not allow any pets in the salon and spa during business hours.

15. Surveillance Policy

  • Kiras beauty Care has surveillance cameras installed inside the building for the safety and protection of our staff and clients. These cameras are monitored to ensure a secure environment for all.

16. Photo Policy

  • Kiras beauty Care reserves the right to capture, publish, post, and promote photographs taken on our private property. If you prefer that your photo not be used in any promotional material, please notify us before or during your visit. We will make every effort to respect your wishes, although it is not guaranteed.

17. Pregnancy or Medical Conditions

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions or pregnancy when booking your appointment.

  • Certain services may not be suitable depending on your health.

  • If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, let your stylist know before the service begins to ensure your safety and comfort.

18. Children Policy

  • We strive to provide a relaxing and safe experience for all guests. We kindly request that children are not brought to the salon unless necessary.

  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. An adult must also sign the child’s initial consultation form.

  • We are not responsible for any injuries due to unsupervised children. Guests are financially responsible for any property damage caused by children.

  • Our salon is not child-proof. Sharp tools, hot styling equipment, and chemicals pose potential risks.

  • Failure to comply may require rescheduling. This policy ensures a calm salon experience and the safety of all guests. Contact us with any questions or concerns.

19.Cell Phones

  • For the enjoyment of all guests, please mute your cell phone during your visit.

  • Avoid using loudspeaker or engaging in loud conversations in service areas.

  • This helps maintain a calm and peaceful environment for everyone.
